Import Features

Multi-Platform Support

Import from Moxfield, Archidekt, TappedOut, MTGO exports, or plain text lists.

Paste & Go

Copy your deck list from any source, paste it in, and click import. No file uploads needed.

Smart Detection

Automatically detects commander, sideboard sections, and card quantities from any common format.

Fuzzy Matching

Minor typos and alternate card names are matched automatically. Unrecognized cards are flagged for review.

How It Works

Every import follows the same pattern: export from your source, then paste into TableCommander. The platform-specific part is getting the text out — once you have it, the rest is the same.
1
Copy your deck list from the source platform (see guides below)
2
Open the TableCommander deck builder and click "Import"
3
Paste and confirm — cards load with full Scryfall art

Platform Export Guides

Moxfield

  1. Open your deck on Moxfield
  2. Click the "Export" button (top right of the deck page)
  3. Select "Copy to clipboard" in MTGO format
Format: MTGO text — 1 Lightning Bolt
Moxfield export includes sideboard and commander sections. TableCommander detects the commander automatically.

Archidekt

  1. Open your deck on Archidekt
  2. Click "Export" in the deck toolbar
  3. Choose "Text" format and copy to clipboard
Format: Standard text — 1x Lightning Bolt or 1 Lightning Bolt
Archidekt exports include category headers. TableCommander handles these automatically.

TappedOut

  1. Open your deck on TappedOut
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Export / Print"
  3. Choose "Text file" and copy the output
Format: Standard text list
Include set codes like (MH3) to select a specific printing. Adding a collector number e.g. (MH3) 123 picks the exact print.

MTGO / Plain Text

  1. Prepare a text list with one card per line
  2. Use the format: quantity + card name (e.g. 1 Sol Ring)
  3. Quantity is optional — card names alone default to 1 copy
Format: 1 Sol Ring / Sol Ring / 1x Sol Ring
The most universal format. Fuzzy matching handles minor typos and alternate names.
