Quick Start (No Account Needed)
You can start using TableCommander immediately without creating an account:
Create an Account for Full Features
Creating a free account unlocks the full TableCommander experience:
- Save unlimited decks to your library
- Join multiplayer tables and play with others
- Add friends and build your playgroup
- Track your game history and statistics
- Customize your profile with badges
How to Build Your First Deck
Open the Deck Builder
Go to the Deck Builder page. No account required to start building.
Choose Your Format
Select Commander, Modern, Standard, or another format. This enables format-specific validation.
Add Cards
Search for cards and click to add them. Use the filters to find exactly what you need.
Import Existing Decks
Have a deck on Moxfield or Archidekt? See our platform-specific import guides for step-by-step instructions.
Review & Save
Check your mana curve, color distribution, and card count. Sign in to save your deck.
How to Play a Game
Sign In
You need an account to join multiplayer tables. Create one for free if you haven't already.
Go to Tables
Navigate to the Tables page from the main menu.
Create or Join a Table
Start a new table for your friends or join an existing public game.
Select Your Deck
Choose a deck from your library to play with.
Play!
Draw cards, tap permanents, track life totals - everything syncs in real-time with other players.
Tips for New Users
Keyboard shortcuts: Learn the shortcuts to speed up gameplay. Check the documentation for a full list.
Friends list: Add your regular playgroup as friends to easily see when they're online and invite them to games.
Deck testing: Use the deck builder's playtest mode to goldfish your deck before taking it to a real game.
