Prerequisites

Steps

Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Dramatic Reversal without paying it's mana cost.
Resolve Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
Repeat.

Steps

Activate Gleaming Splendor by paying 2W, causing two opponents to each draw a card.
Smothering Tithe triggers twice, creating four Treasure tokens due to Bard
Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2W.
Repeat any number of times.
Once you have near-infinite Treasure tokens, you may repeat the loop targeting yourself as one of the players in step 1, drawing any number of cards.
