Weaver of Harmony does not have summoning sickness.
You are able to cast the creature card.

Steps

Cast a creature card from your hand by paying its mana cost.
The creature enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm.
Holding priority, activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least 1G.
Activate Weaver of Harmony by paying G and tapping it, copying Intruder Alarm's trigger.
Resolve the copy of Intruder Alarm's trigger, untapping all creatures.
Repeat from step 3.

You control a black and a red permanent.

Steps

Activate Faith Healer by sacrificing another nontoken Shrine, causing you to gain life equal to the Shrine's mana value.
Activate Faeburrow Elder by tapping it, adding WUBRG.
Activate Go-Shintai by paying WUBRG and tapping it, returning any Shrine from your graveyard to the battlefield.
The Shrine enters the battlefield, triggering Go-Shintai, creating a 1/1 Shrine enchantment creature token.
The Shrine token enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm, untapping all creatures.
Repeat.
