Draw cards and kill everyone is a 100-card Commander deck led by Niv-Mizzet, Ghost Counsel in the Orzhov color identity (white/black). TableCommander estimates this deck at bracket 4 — optimized / high-power.

The mainboard runs 20 creatures, 11 instants, 5 sorceries, 4 artifacts, 20 enchantments, 4 planeswalkers, and 36 lands, averaging 3.72 mana value across non-land cards. 50% of non-land cards cost 3 mana or less; 33% cost 5 or more.

Notable inclusions: 4 game changers (e.g. Vampiric Tutor, Teferi's Protection, and Enlightened Tutor), 1 fast mana (Dark Ritual), 1 alternate win condition (Approach of the Second Sun), and 1 tutor (Ugin, Eye of the Storms). This deck is currently Commander-legal on TableCommander.
